Privacidad de Factorum

Factorum es un juego para Android de Creative Wild Artists. Aquí explicamos qué datos se tratan al jugar, para qué y cómo puedes controlarlos. En resumen: no pedimos cuenta, nombre ni correo; la partida se guarda en tu móvil; y usamos servicios de Google para las estadísticas, los informes de fallos, los anuncios y las compras.

Los avisos del juego (gran ofensiva, cuota, forja llena) se programan en el propio móvil: no pasan por ningún servidor. Puedes desactivarlos en Ajustes o en los ajustes de Android.

Anuncios y consentimiento

Los anuncios son siempre opcionales y con premio: solo se ven si tú pulsas el botón. Si estás en el Espacio Económico Europeo o en el Reino Unido, al empezar verás el formulario de consentimiento de Google; si no lo das, los anuncios no se personalizan. Puedes cambiar tu decisión cuando quieras en Ajustes › Privacidad de anuncios, y restablecer o eliminar el identificador de publicidad en los ajustes de Android.

Edad

Factorum es para mayores de 16 años y lo comprueba al entrar. No tratamos a sabiendas datos de menores de esa edad.

Con quién se comparten

Solo con Google, como proveedor de los servicios de la tabla. Google puede tratar datos fuera de la Unión Europea, con las garantías del Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. y las cláusulas contractuales tipo. No vendemos datos a nadie. Las políticas de Google están en policies.google.com/privacy, y cómo usa Google los datos de las apps que usan sus servicios, en policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Cuánto tiempo

Las estadísticas se conservan como máximo 14 meses y los informes de fallos, 90 días. La partida dura lo que la tengas en el móvil: al desinstalar el juego se borra (salvo en la copia de seguridad de Android).

Tus derechos

Puedes pedir acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición (por ejemplo, a las estadísticas), limitación o portabilidad escribiendo a creativewildartists@gmail.com. Las estadísticas y los informes de fallos se pueden apagar en cualquier momento en Ajustes › Estadísticas de juego. Como no tenemos cuentas, para localizar tus datos te pediremos el identificador que aparece en el juego, en Archivo. Si no te atendemos bien, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Cambios

Si cambia algo importante, actualizaremos esta página y la fecha de arriba, y lo avisaremos en el juego.

Factorum is an Android game by Creative Wild Artists. This page explains what data is processed when you play, why, and how you can control it. In short: we ask for no account, name or email; your progress is saved on your phone; and we use Google services for statistics, crash reports, ads and purchases.

Game notifications (great offensive, quota, full forge) are scheduled on the phone itself and never go through a server. You can turn them off in Settings or in Android settings.

Ads and consent

Ads are always optional and rewarded: you only see one if you press the button. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you will see Google’s consent form at the start; if you do not consent, ads are not personalised. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Ad privacy, and reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.

Age

Factorum is for ages 16 and over and checks this at the start. We do not knowingly process data from anyone younger.

Who it is shared with

Only Google, as the provider of the services in the table. Google may process data outside the European Union, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data to anyone. Google’s policies are at policies.google.com/privacy, and how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

How long

Statistics are kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for 90 days. Your game lasts as long as it is on your phone: uninstalling deletes it (except from your Android backup).

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection (for example, to statistics), restriction or portability by writing to creativewildartists@gmail.com. Statistics and crash reports can be switched off at any time in Settings › Game statistics. Since there are no accounts, we will ask for the identifier shown in the game, under Archive, to find your data. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.

Changes

If anything important changes, we will update this page and the date above, and announce it in the game.
